We called Basement Expert to come out and take a look at an overflowing gutter drain pipe that was causing water to pool near our foundation during heavy rain. Basement Expert did a great job installing a french drain in my basement rec room, no sump pump necessary. Large room, required 1 short end and 1 long wall foundation footing repair, backyard drainage trench. Waterproofed the wall and replaced the original wainscoting so all that was needed was some paint touch up. Cleaned and disposed of debris, finished in 4 days.
